At The Lighthouse Project we believe that mentoring is a long term process which requires constant intervention in order to create any deep-rooted change. Our 5 year model begins in Standard 10 with a focus on Values, Life skills and Social skills and continues till the child completes Standard 15 i.e. Graduation.

Through our Livelihoods and Leadership Program, focusing on careers, livelihoods and peer leadership, we extend our work to the communities that our children come from, as we believe that it is only when the communities themselves have strong role models that any change can truly be sustainable.
