Trishya Screwvala
Founder
Trishya Screwvala founded The Lighthouse Project with the aim of creating structured and accessible platforms for volunteering. She believes that service is not just a duty but an extraordinary opportunity, and is passionate about creating an environment conducive to volunteering, both within and outside of the social sector.
Trishya is also trustee of The Swades Foundation, which is committed to rural empowerment through interventions in water, health, agriculture, livelihood and education and currently touches 2.5 lac people across Maharashtra. A graduate from USC’s Peter Stark Producing Program, Trishya comes from a background of producing documentaries, including “Bollywood: The Greatest Love Story Ever Told” that premiered at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival and Emmy award nominated “Meet the Patels”, winner of the 2014 Los Angeles Film Festival and Traverse Film Festival Audience Award.
Trishya is a trained ballet dancer under the Royal Academy of Dance. She is an avid diver and an active volunteer at New Acropolis, an international organization dedicated to philosophy, culture and volunteering.

Myron Anthony
Program Director
Myron Anthony is the Program Director at The Lighthouse Project. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a specialisation in Management from Mumbai University. Post this he completed the Instructional Design Course by Metamorphs Training Academy and holds a Diploma in Counseling (Person Centered Therapy) from ADMI – Goa. Myron is a professional with a passion for Social Empowerment and loves to design and execute programs that equip people to lead empowered lives. He has a collective experience of 10 years in corporate training & content development, process analysis & improvement and operations with companies like First Source, ICICI Prudential, Aptech Training Solutions, Mexus Education and Aditya Birla. His hobbies include social work, reading, travel and photography.

Kishika Bedi
Assistant Program Manager
Kishika Bedi is an Assistant Program Manager at The Lighthouse Project. She has completed her Masters Degree in Human Development from SNDT Women’s University. Her previous experience includes working with Kotak Education Foundation, where she supported strengthening the leadership skills of school principals and teachers from low-cost private schools through workshops, individual mentoring sessions and exposure visits to create a conducive learning environment at school and to improve student learning outcomes. Prior to this, she worked with the Vipla Foundation, where she was actively involved in enhancing the knowledge, skills and attitude of Balwadi teachers from government schools. She finds joy in cooking, watching movies, exploring new places and connecting with new people!

Reshma Ramesh
Trainee-Assistant Program Manager
Reshma Ramesh is the Trainee Assistant Manager at The Lighthouse Project. She has done her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Mumbai. She started her career in the social sector with the Teach For India Fellowship in Pune. She has also worked with TNS India Foundation as a Soft Skills Trainer catering to tier 3 and tier 4 colleges in Mumbai. After gathering some experience, she went on to pursue her Master’s in Development from Azim Premji University in Bengaluru. After her Masters, she worked with The Antara Foundation where she was involved in building the capacity of frontline workers with a focus on maternal and child health. In her free time, she enjoys reading and watching documentaries.

Dipesh Jadhav
Senior Program Coordinator
Dipesh is a Senior Program Coordinator at The Lighthouse Project. He has 9 years of experience in the field of education. He holds a Master’s in Machine Design from Mumbai University and a PGDM in Research in Social Action from Azim Premji University. Prior joining The Lighthouse Project, Dipesh worked as an Assistant Lecturer in an Engineering college and as a Senior Content Developer at Pratham Education Foundation, where he developed expertise in curriculum development and design.
In addition to his professional work, Dipesh enjoys reading, watching movies, and exploring Japanese anime.

Fatima Hawai
Senior Program Coordinator
Fatima Hawai is a Senior Program Coordinator at The Lighthouse Project. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science with a specialisation in Human Development from Mumbai University and has won a Gold Medal in her Postgraduate degree in Counseling Psychology.
With 7 years of professional experience, she has worked extensively with children with disabilities, designed impactful lesson plans, and executed large-scale training sessions. Her work encompasses program coordination and operational management, where she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to creating opportunities for underserved communities. She has previously contributed to organisations such as the Magic Bus India Foundation and the Kotak Education Foundation. Her passion lies in empowering youth with the skills and confidence they need to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring diverse cuisines, maintaining a fitness routine, and travelling to new destinations, always seeking inspiration to enhance her personal and professional journey.

Parag Parab
Program Coordinator
Parag is a Program Coordinator at The Lighthouse Project. Parag has completed his Bachelor of Mass Media and LLB from the University of Mumbai. He is also pursuing a Master’s in Social Work from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He has worked for various NGOs, including Shivsahyadri Pratishthan and Clean We Go, where he closely worked with tribal students. He also works in the environmental sector through the Clean We Go NGO. He has more than five years of experience in the social sector. His hobbies include singing, acting, playing different instruments, reading & exploring new places.

Priyanka Jadhav
Program Coordinator
Priyanka Jadhav is a Program Coordinator at The Lighthouse Project. She completed her Bachelor’s in Arts from Mumbai University and Bachelor’s of Social Work from Indira Gandhi Open University. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s in Rural Development from Hinduja College (Mumbai University). She has 2 years of experience in providing life skills training to children from under resourced communities. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, painting, and cooking.
